LOS ANGELES, CA. 02/12/2013 – Chef ANDRÉ, of LOCANDA VENETA restaurant, has been honored as one of the country’s top culinary talents in the inaugural edition of Best Chefs America. This is the first-ever peer review guide of U.S. chefs, who were chosen after extensive interviews between their fellow chefs and Best Chefs America analysts. Chef ANDRÉ will be showcased in the informative and exquisitely produced 386-page coffee table book that will be released on March 1, 2013.

Chef ANDRÉ is the OWNER of LOCANDA VENETA restaurant, located on 8638 W. THIRD STREET, in BEVERLY HILLS AREA. He was trained in France and he has an Italian Mother who inspired him in his cooking. He started cooking in 1969 and graduated in 1974 as Master Chef. He learned throughout his training to always be creative. He introduced a wild game to his menus such as Rabbit, Boar, Venison and Quail and specializes in Fresh Fish such as Branzino, Turbot, and Chilean Seabass. “We always make dishes with a flair of Venice or Florence at Locanda Veneta” states Chef ANDRE. He also makes wonderful homemade Pasta and Raviolis and invites all of you to come and try.
